How to Apply

Direct Applications

You can apply directly via the Applicant Portal of our Application System. You will be asked to register in the Applicant Portal. You can then commence your application for a program and save your application at any point before submitting.

If you have an application saved or submitted in the Applicant Portal, you can login to do the following:

  • Retrieve, edit and submit an application
  • Upload documents
  • Accept and pay for an Offer of Admission

Applications through Agents and representatives

Eligible agents and representatives will be redirected to the Partner Portal of our Application System to submit your application. All of our registered agents and representatives will be registered as users of the Partner Portal. Agents can start, save and submit applications in the Partner Portal.

Document Certification

All academic documents, professional qualifications and English translations of these documents MUST be original documents or certified as a true copy of the original.

Every page of the document must contain all of the following elements:

  • An original stamp bearing the name of the person or organisation who verifies the document
  • Words in English to the effect of “I certify that this is a true copy of the original”
  • An original signature
  • The date of certification

Agents who are representing the College have the authority to sight original documents and provide certified, electronic copies when submitting the application. Agent certification must comply with the certification requirements listed above.

The following people can certify documents lodged with student applications:

  • An official agent or representative of the College when representing the applicant
  • An authorised staff member of the College or Kaplan
  • A Justice of the Peace
  • A Notary Public
  • A Consular Official
  • A Commissioner for taking Affidavits
  • The registrar of the institution that the transcript or parchment is from
  • A police officer
  • An examining authority

Applicants under the age of 18

If you will be under the age of 18 when you commence our studies at the College, you must meet special conditions, as specified by the Department of Home Affairs, to be eligible to be granted a student visa. You may live with an eligible relative as defined by the Department of Home Affairs, or enter into a Guardianship Arrangement with the College.

Receiving Your Offer

Offer of Admission

We will send an email to you (or your agent) with an Offer of Admission if you are successful. If you have received an offer from us, congratulations!

The information in your Offer of Admission and acceptance is important, please read it carefully.

Please note the following information for your packaged offer:

  • Program names
  • Duration of programs
  • Commencement dates
  • Tuition fees
  • Acceptance and payment deadlines
  • Conditions – if you have a conditional offer, the conditions are clearly outlined in your offer of admission. Conditions may include providing proof of English Language Proficiency, completion of academic qualifications, or provision of official documents (eg. original or certified copies of your documents).

Accepting Your Offer

How to Accept Your Offer

See the acceptance process outlined below. Following this process and correctly completing the required forms will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of your acceptance and the issuing of your CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment).

You can accept a conditional offer by providing evidence of meeting all conditions together with your completed acceptance.

Step 1 – Offer of Admission

Accept your Offer of Admission in the Applicant Portal of our Application System. If you have a nominated agent or representative, please be in touch with them to finalise your acceptance, in conjunction with accepting in the Applicant Portal.

Ensure that your personal details in the Applicant Portal match your passport and upload into the Applicant Portal a copy of the personal ID page and signature page in your passport.

If you have a conditional offer, the conditions will be outlined in your Offer of Admission. Please fulfil all conditions listed on your Offer of Admissions (if any).

Step 2 – Fees

Payment can be made in the Applicant Portal of the Application System via the College’s preferred online payment provider, Flywire.

Step 3 – Visas

Contact your nearest Australian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission or the Department of Home Affairs office about the process to apply for your Australian Student Visa.

Step 4 – Personal details

Make sure your personal details are up to date in your Applicant Portal in the College Application System (e.g. a copy of the personal ID page and signature page in your passport) so that your CoE can be correctly issued.

Step 5 – Confirmation of enrolment

Your CoE will be emailed to you or to your nominated agent or representative after the College has received acceptance of your Offer of Admissions via the Applicant Portal and your tuition fee.

Step 6 – Apply for visa

Once you have received your CoE you will be able to lodge your student visa. To do this you or your College agent or representative will need to create an ImmiAccount
