The University of Adelaide College was the first education provider in Australia to offer a postgraduate pathway course to a Group of Eight university. We developed these specialised Pre-Master’s Programs so you can follow your path to a range of master’s degrees.

Our Pre-Master's Programs are for you if you:

✔ Have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
✔ Missed out on direct entry to Adelaide University
✔ Want to study at Adelaide University

Program benefits

 

  • Upon successful completion of your Pre-Master’s Program, you are guaranteed entry into your packaged postgraduate degree at Adelaide University.
  • You’ll have the flexibility of studying a Pre-Master’s Program in one to three study periods. Students enrolled in the trimester-based master’s destinations will study three University courses, while students enrolled in the semester-based master’s destinations will study four University courses.
  • Learn the academic knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in your postgraduate studies.

Note: Not all elective subjects will be offered in every intake and are subject to demand. Students progressing to Adelaide University can find more information here

* Academic English B is not a credit-bearing university course. For example, to progress to the Master of Accounting degree at the Adelaide University:

  • a student enrolled in Pre-Master’s Program Accelerated will need to complete 5 courses in one study period;
  • a student enrolled in Pre-Master’s Program will need to complete 10 courses in two study periods, and
  • a student enrolled in Pre-Master’s Program Extended will need to complete 15 courses in three study periods. This is dependent on the student’s study pattern and destination degree.
