Halloween Party 2016!
The University of Adelaide College celebrated Halloween this year with another fantastic party! The party was planned and organised by the Social Club, with assistance from the FSP Design Studies class who designed a poster to advertise the event, and the FSP Nutrition class, who planned and prepared the food. Over 100 students from various programs attended the party and enjoyed the creepy food, face painting, tarot reading, dancing and mummy wrapping! April Graduations from the University of Adelaide
In April 2016, several former Foundation Studies students graduated from the University of Adelaide. The students, originating from various countries such as China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia and Malaysia, completed their studies at the College in 2011 and 2012. Our graduates include former FSP students Vivian Tee and Kristine Song, who are graduating from Bachelor of Commerce, and former FSP students Amber Gao and Charmian Lam who graduated from the Bachelor of Food and Nutrition. Music Performance at the Elder Conservatorium
Foundation Studies music student, Venus Lai, is currently playing in the Elder Conservatorium Orchestra. Their first concert was held on Saturday night April 23 at Elder Hall and featured a Beethoven and Brahms programme. The Conservatorium provided free tickets for approximately twenty College students and staff to enjoy the concert in the historic Elder Hall, within the University of Adelaide.
